Terms of Service

Last updated: January 2026

User Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate account information, keeping your credentials confidential, and using SYNOVRIA in compliance with applicable laws. You agree not to misuse the platform, attempt to disrupt it, or use it to harass other members.

Expert Responsibilities

Experts must accurately represent their skills and credentials, deliver consultations professionally, and honour scheduled sessions. Experts are independent professionals — not employees of SYNOVRIA — and are responsible for the advice they provide.

Payments

Clients pay for sessions upfront through SYNOVRIA. SYNOVRIA deducts a platform fee and remits the remainder to the expert according to the payout schedule. All prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout.

Bookings

A booking is confirmed once payment has been processed and the expert has accepted the requested time slot. Both parties agree to join the session on time using the video link provided by SYNOVRIA.

Cancellations

Cancellations and refunds are handled according to our Refund Policy. Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may result in account restrictions.

Intellectual Property

The SYNOVRIA brand, product, and content are owned by SYNOVRIA, Inc. Experts retain ownership of the advice and materials they create. Clients retain ownership of any confidential information they share during a session.

Liability

SYNOVRIA provides the platform on an "as is" basis and is not liable for the outcome of individual consultations. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected session.

Termination

You may close your account at any time. SYNOVRIA may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or put other members at risk.
